GWA Customer survey


The customers are most important for our company. Because of that, every time we end a training, we kindly request the students to answer 10 questions anonymously, this in order to deliver best products to our customers.

Ongoing, we evaluate the feed-backs and we have learned that the clients appreciate our facilities, the Instructors and our training programs. We also know that the information received before training, has a lower score. However, we have concluded that this information typical is missing internally at the clients own company.

Finally we have learned, that we can adjust our catering and be even better to ensure all students feel warmly welcome, when arriving in our training center. This has our highest attention, and we now see the result of our improved effort.
